- One Dream At A Time -

Boredom strikes on one that doesn’t deserve it
Ripping through the chest of a girl who cries
Tears fall upon the ground like rain
Destroying the soil with every drop
Creating a bevel on each step
One foot controls your fate
The other holds the secrets of life itself
As the child walks the flowers die
Every petal dropping like flies
The air it smells like death
No more freshness for the world
Banishing the souls of those who cant think
Down in the darkness of a cave we don’t go
Unknown to the world as hell
Birthright of our very own faith
Blinded by the book we put our hopes in
Killing our kids upon the alter
Blood turns into wine
We drink from the very same cup
Personality disorders drunken on gifts
Falling from a higher place
But not looking up to see where I have came from
Going back on the words we promised
Never taking the toll
We look upon the young to serve us in the future
It's looking less of art and more like disturbed thoughts
So we will take these letters and we will make them count
Each hand comes before the other
The other is not as important as the last
We will kill each other in our sleep
One dream at a time
